approved by State and Federal Regulatory Bodies. These numbers are perpetual it the well and can be used for many
puposes such as indentification, well tracking, legal, etc.. Monthly reports show Parish/County/Area/Block, Field,
Operator, Well number and name, SEC. TWP. RGE. and the Serial/Permit/API Numbers. Data herein can be manipulated
